Obama outlines plan to end war in Afghanistan

Just prior to the final debate between the top three Republican candidates for United States Senate, President Obama outlined a plan to end the war in Afghanistan. The topic became an issue in the debate sponsored by the Omaha World-Herald. State Treasurer Don Stenberg says it's time for America to withdraw from Afghanistan. Attorney General Jon Bruning says there will come an end to the war. State Senator Deb Fischer worries about the financial commitments the president has made to Afghanistan.
